Example:
I roll a D10 two times. I roll a 4 and then a 7. 4 x 7 = 28%. The item I attach this to will give me a permanent 28% chance to negate x2 damage strikes against me. I use this crystal on my wristband. Now, as long as I wear it, my wristband will give me a 28% chance to avoid x2 damage strikes.
